Classes are held in gyms & parks near the Alderwood Mall area

Regular CLASSES are held on TUESDAY and THURSDAY evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Weekend Seminars are offered about quarterly.
Classes begin with 30 minutes of Systema breathing & body work, followed by an hour or more of intensive Systema Martial Arts practice.
FEES:
$20 per class fee
First time students: $20 for two trial classes BUY NOW
Ten class advance payment: $150 BUY NOW
MEMBERSHIPS:
Once a week: $50/month SIGN UP
Twice a week: $80/month SIGN UP

North Sound Systema functions as a PRIVATE CLUB in which membership and participation require the instructors approval. Contact instructors to obtain approval BEFORE paying for class fees or memberships.
