Classes are held in gyms & parks in and around Lynnwood, Everett, & Edmonds, WA.

Regular CLASSES are currently on WEDNESDAY evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
Weekend Seminars are offered occasionally.
NOTICE: North Sound Systema functions as a PRIVATE CLUB in which membership and participation require the instructors approval. Contact instructors to obtain approval.
PRIVATE LESSONS may be available by appointment
For accelerated or specialized training, private sessions may be available for individual or team needs. However private sessions are more costly and require special permission & arrangements in advance.
